Sketching & Deadlines

I am busy working between prepping for the convention and wrapping up a few private commissions. Very happy to say that they were through my FLGS with my art display.

I'm fortunate that my wife and I are able to keep a somewhat tandem order between work and raising our children. Understandably the last three weeks have been fairly difficult as I stay up late to work on illustrations while my wife attempts to get sleep & make sure the children rest during the night.

Not always a guarantee! Communication with your SO is the only advice I can give you when it comes to these times. 

One of my more successful drawings happened to be a slime girl I had sketched about 5 years ago for an anime show. I am attempting to bring back her for original sale and possibly prints as well. I'm also interested in sketching random D&D monsters from the 5e Monster Manual. A new boba tea and coffee place opened up in the city, which will aid in my sleep deprivation I am sure. Quite tasty, highly recommend!
